This product helped to somewhat ease my suffering during the worst allergy seasons. However, it left my nose very dry and turned my mucus red/bloody. Though this is not really that big of an issue, it was annoying. I woudl reccommend this product to nasal allergy sufferers with the warning that there is a trade off between sneezing/running and seriosuly debating those scary water things you can run through your nostrils. If your allergies are awful take it, if not try some other options first.

I had a good experience with this medication. It really helped with the nasal symptons associated with my allergies. No more sneazing or runny nose. Plus there were no unpleasant side effects such as drowsiness. I highly reccomend it. It is important to note that it had no effect on my eyes.

My doctor prescribed a few medications for allergies, flonase being one of them. I highly recommend the medication for anyone with a stuffed nose. The results happened within 24 hours of using. Other medication gave me a itchy, sneezing feeling while the flonase just cleared the passageway so I could breathe easier.

I have tried a number of different prescriptions in the past that either made me hyper or sleepy. When I started with Flonase it proved to be the right one for my nasal problems. The challenge I find is that it clears up my sinus and I stop taking it for awhile and then have to start over again. I had 2 prior nose operations and still need another one. With Flonase, I have put off my next operation for now. I did not experience any side effects.

This spring I experienced a bad boubt of sinusitis. I was particularly experiencing a lot of difficulty breathing and sleeping at night. I would fall asleep but wake up within a few minutes because if could not breathe. After trying numerous over the counter remedies and losing many nights of sleep, I went to the doctor and was prescribed Flonase. Over the next few days my stuffy nose and headache started to go away and I was finally able to get a good night's sleep.

This product completely eliminates my seasonal allergies. They can be pretty severe and they span over a wide range of allergens. The nasal delivery makes the product easy to use although it can be easy to forget, especially in the 2 weeks the product is not yet effective. I do not plan to change medications in the future.

Havin suffered from serious sinusitis my entire life, I was prescribed Flonase for the purpose of preventing my symptoms. I was instructed to use this inhaler before venturing outdoors for any activity at any time during the year. On my first use, I had a very unusual and frightening experience. My nasal passages rejected the medication violently by (in my words) attacking the medication with an extreme volume of foamy white. The rather explosive volume did not cease for at least 15 minutes, after which I used another nasal spray to remove any traces of the medication from my sinus passages. I attempted to use my Flonase inhaler on at least one other occasion with similar but less resulting side-effect. I discontinued the use and have never tried it again. I have never had a similar experience from any other allergy medication.

I developed allergies in my mid-20s. After much testing, I was prescribed Flonase 2x daily. It has completely changed my life. I had debilitating tearing/itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, etc. Now I rarely have these problems. And the scent of Flonase is very nice, not like medicine at all.

I haven't experienced any side-effects from this medication.

I never had allergies then all of a sudden I started to have symptoms like stuffy nose, vertigo spells, ear popping, ear ringing. My doctor prescribed Flonase and it changed my life. At first I wasn't sure it was working but after much determination to find help, I continued on and after about two weeks, I could breathe easier, my ear symptoms cleared up, I could sleep and most importantly, I could relax. The vertigo had been the scariest symptom and started to cause panic attacks for me but after using the Flonase, that cleared up. I had no side effects. However, when you first use it, sometimes it can cause a burning in the nose and sometimes I did feel a very minor throat irritation but that cleared up after the initial 2 week period.

I live in North Texas where allergies are common. I have used many different products in the past with limited success. Once my doctor put me on Flonase I experienced great results. Flonase allowed me to breathe at night and virtually cured me of my daytime allergies.

Occasionally, I notice dry nostrils, but they are much easier to cope with than the allergies.

I have had problems with allergies for a very long time. I live in North Florida where pollen is a very big problem. I have used Flonase for many years and love it. I have never had any problems with side effects. I use it just before I go to sleep and it seems to help me sleep much better.

I used this during my first two prengancies at night due to swollen nasal passages. It worked great! I have recommended it to family and friends who have had any nasal problems. I haven't had much need for it since then, but I would gladly use it again.

I have horrible allergies. I have been taking other medications for so long that I tried something new. The flonase reduce my sinus problems. One word of caution, if you have a sensitive nose spray the flonase towards the outside of your nose. This will reduce the possibility of a nose bleed.

I have terrible seasonal allergies so my doctor prescribed flonase for me a few weeks ago. For the first few I couldn't really notice a change, but then on day five my nose cleared right up. I thought I'd found a wonder drug but shortly after my symptoms stopped the side effects started. I got horrible migraine headaches and my nose started stinging after about a week. It hurt so badly I had to skip work. All in all, I'd say if you take this medication you're definitely taking your chances.

This medication is absolutely fantastic. I have both seasonal and animal allergies that can leave me sneezing and dripping. Let's face it, pseudophedrine isn't a long-term solution and can affect heart rate, phenylephrine is ineffective by the oral route, and OTC nasal sprays are either ineffective or can have a rebound effect worse than the original symptoms.

Aside from a sickly sweet taste in the back of my mouth immediately after application, I have never had any side effects from Flonase. After about 24 hours of wind-up, the medication stops my snuffly nose. It takes away congestion, too. Everything dries up. I feel normal. I'm ready to face my parents' cats or to take a jog outside.

I have had chronic allergic rhinitis as long as I can remember. I spent my childhood and adolescence moving from liquid decongestants to antihistamine tablets. None of them did much more than make me sleepy. A few years ago, my doctor had me try Flonase, and I am not exaggerating when I say it's been life-changing.

At the height of allergy season, I take a puff of Flonase in each nostril twice a day, and I have no runny nose. In winter, there are fewer allergens and I can back off to one puff a day.

I have had no significant side effects at all. No dizziness, no pain, no nosebleeds. In winter, when the weather is very dry (forced hot air heating doesn't help), Flonase can make my dry nose a bit more dry. If this becomes a problem, I just use an over-the-counter saline spray.

I'll stop using Flonase when you pry it from my cold, dead hands.

My doctor has intermittently had me on Flonase while I have suffered for my chronic Sinusitis. The spray is very convenient and travels easily with me when I have had to go out of town.

While this product alone has never been able to resolve my sinus problems, it has helped with the chronic stuffiness that I seem to endure. My doctor has put me on it from anywhere to 2 weeks to a couple of months at a stretch. The product, while not obvious, does produce some benefits. You definitely know when you have stopped using the product because within 24 hours, you notice your nostrils filling again, and you also notice pressure behind your eyes.

My doctor usually uses this in conjunction with antibiotics and a decongestant. Sometimes he will have me use a sinus pot to rinse out my nose at the other end of the day.

The only side effect that I seemed to notice when I have used this product is it seems to dry out my nostrils. I can't say I have noticed any other side effects

I've used Flonase on an as needed basis for years. It opens my sinuses nicely when I'm feeling extra-congested from seasonal allergies. It's considered an off-label usage scenario since it's not supposed to work without a rampup period. I only found that to be the case when I first started using it years ago.
